Purple, Chief Operating Reactor Branch No 1 US Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555 DOCKET 50-255, LICENSE DPR-20 PALISADES PLANT, CORRECTION TO A0-75-14 A review of A0-75-14, reported July 8, 1975, has disclosed an error in the in-formation reported under Item 10, Failure Data.

The second paragraph of Item 10 incorrectly indicated that all 2400 V bus breakers had been inspected prior to the occurrence reported as A0-75-14.

This paragraph should read:

During the year previous to this occurrence (A0-75-14) all 2400 V breakers on bus lD were cleaned and inspected under MO SPS-74-06.

No deficiencies were noted during this inspection.

While this change is considered to be insignificant, we believe that it should be made to correct the record.
