Although the forecasted peak loads for Detroit Edison for the period 1974 through 1983 are still the same, the effect of the higher than anticipated 1973 peak load was to drop the average annual projected growth rate from 7.2% to 6.4% (Table 2). A similar effect shows up in Table 3 which is a projecticn for the combined Detroit Edison and Consumers Power systems.
