Hi Ashley,

Additional action items that were suggested on the call.

It was also suggested that USEPA be present at the Open House meeting either in person or virtually should USEPA not be permitted to travel.

NNEPA be involved in meeting that NRC is planning with Chapter House Officials

Also the Navajo Times is ran weekly and if you get your advertisement to them by Monday before 5 PM (MST) your advertisement will be in that weeks Thursday paper.

Hi all,

Here are the notes I have from our call today and some action items

1. Send Lee Anna hard copies of Draft EIS, Readers Guide and SER - NRC will mail out week of 7/20

2. Include announcements in Navajo Times for future radio and public meeting dates Pipeline Canyon is interested in a separate meeting with NRC (perhaps prior 3.

to the public meeting at the Gallup community center - 2 PM) - NRC will keep Lee Anna informed of progress and community center reservation, etc.

4. Email Lee Anna dates that the announcements will be in the Gallup Independent - July 7th, 9th, 10th and 12th

5. NNEPA suggested NRC provide a presentation in addition to open house since some of the people may not have attended prior meetings
