- NASHnal Soil Testing Umar, The purpose of this email is to acknowledge receipt of the letter from you, dated October 16, 2023, in response to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) letter dated July 13, 2023, transmitting a Notice of Violation.

In the October 16, 2023, letter, you identify the corrective actions that your company has taken or plans to take to address the violations. The NRC has reviewed the corrective actions, which appear to be adequate, and has no further questions at this time. The actions you have taken and plan to take to address the violations may be examined during a future inspection.

In accordance with the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure in 10 CFR 2.390, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
