This is in partial response to your letter dated November 30, 1984, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), any records concerning the NRC or FEMA evaluation of the emergency planning drill for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant held on November 28, 1984.
The records listed on enclosed Appendix A are responsive to your request and are enclosed. You will be billed separately by our Division of Accounting and Finance in the amount of $19.02 for these records.

Pursuant to the Free, dom of Information Act, 5 USC 552, as amended, and the provisions of 10 CFR Part 9, the undersigned hereby requests the following:
Any notes, minutes, memoranda, correspondence, reports, or other documents concerning NRC or FEMA evaluation of the emergency planning drill for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant held November 28, 1984.
I request that 75% of the fees for the search and production of these documents be waived as they relate to Issue #1, on emergency planning, admitted in the Perry OL proceeding; I aEree to accept the remaining (25%) charges.  ,
