~ This is to advise that Applicant has received a copy of a Motion to Compel Answers to Interrogatories 16, 1980. Pursu- filed by Intervenors Rentfro and Marrack27, on 1980, June Applicant answered ant these to the Board's order interrogatories onofJulyJune 9,1980, therefore, the motion is ricot.

In addition, Applicant has received a motion from Dr. Marrack dated Jaly 6, 1980 attempting to quash the subpoena for his deposition originally scheduled on July 8.

Dr. Marrack's deposition was taken by agreement on July 16,

' therefore, the notion to quash is also moot.
