This is in further response to your {{letter dated|date=April 10, 1985|text=letter dated April 10, 1985}}, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), access to records concerning the possible health effects on the local residents of the March 28, 1979, accident at Three-Mile Island (TMI). You indicated your interest in data and studies on the changes in disease rates and other healtt-related problems among this population for a period of years before the accident and the six years since that event.
