!.otember 4,1983 and February 8,1985 to Generic Letter 83-28 . They were evaluated for compliance to the staff's positions delineated in Generic Letter 83-28 for Action Items 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.2, 4.1 and 4.5.1.

Your responses were found to be incomplete for items 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.1 and 3.2.2. The additional information required by the staff is described ia Section III of the enclosure. Items 4.1 and 4.5.1 have been determined to be acceptable and meet the intent of Generic Letter 83-28.

You are requested to provide the required additional information identified in the enclocure within 60 days of receipt of this letter or provide the NRC project manager with a response date you can accommodate.
