ALLEGATION RECEIVED BY THE NRC OFFICE OF NMSS, REGARDING ,

HYDRO RESOURCES, INC.

Attached is a copy of an allegation received by the NMSS Allegations Coordinator, regarding a number of concerns involving Hydro Resources, Inc.

(HRI), which currently has an application pending in NMSS for a uranium recovery facility. ,

We are transferring this allegation to you, for coordination, review, and ,

followup, with the State of Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission.

NHSS is interested in reviewing the results of any investigation by the State as it relates to the HRI application for a uranium recovery facility, ,

currently pending in NMSS.  !
