CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY APPLICATION FOR REACTOR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND OPERATING LICENSE DOCKET NO 50-329 DOCKET N0 50-330 AMENDMENT NO 113 Enclosed herewith, revising and supplementing the above-entitled application, are revised and new pages for incorporation in the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). The Final Safety Analysis Report was submitted with Amendment 33 to the above dockets on November 18, 1977. The enclosed material consists of the following major areas:

1. Additional information concerning the General Office Control Center.

2. Additional information concerning CP Co emergency response facility staffing and respondibilities.

3. Additional information concerning offsite agency responsibilities.

4. Additional information concerning Radiation Monitoring Teams.

5. Additional information concerning training of personnel.

6. Additional information which stated would be provided by amendment.

8. A new glossary of terms.

7. Additional information concerning emergency kits.

9 Corrections to minor errors and omissions.

10. Changes relating to the above (Tables of Contents, Figures, Tables, etc).

These new and revised pages bear the notation " Revision 48 5/83" and are marked in the margin to indicate where changes have been made.

i construction permits and operating licenses, containing three (3) signed originals and sixty (60) copies of Revision 48 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).

Revision 48 of the FSAR encompasses only the Site Emergency Plan. Details of the revision are provided in the application page. The response to the reference concerning emergency action levels is also included, however, a follow-up letter is forthcoming which will offer further explanation.
