AMENDMENT NO. 29 TO AMENDED AND SUBSTITUTED APPLICATION FOR LICENSES THE DETROIT EDISON COMPANY, Applicant in the above captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No. 29 to its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses for the purposes of transmitting additional information requested by the Regulatory Staff, including    revisions to Chapters 3 and 6, and additions to Appendix E of Applicant's Final Safety Analysis Report.
AMENDMENT NO. 29 TO AMENDED AND SUBSTITUTED APPLICATION FOR LICENSES THE DETROIT EDISON COMPANY, Applicant in the above captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No. 29 to its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses for the purposes of transmitting additional information requested by the Regulatory Staff, including    revisions to Chapters 3 and 6, and additions to Appendix E of Applicant's Final Safety Analysis Report.
In accordance with NRC Procedure RPOP 514, Revision 2, Applicant is filing three (3) copies of the Sargent and Lundy report entitled, " Structural Design Assessment for Safe-end Break, Enrico Fermi Power Plant Unit 2," Report SL-3647, March 14, 1980 (Rev. 2) .

In addition, Applicant is submitting three (3) copies of the following Detroit Edison drawings which are referenced in Applicant's response to NRC Question 110.15:    6WM-P44-2178-1; 6WM-P44-3058-1; 6WM-P44-3567-1; 6WM-P44-3988-1; 6WM-P44-4072-1; 6WM-P44-4119-1; 6WM-P44-4305-1; 6WM-P44-4306-1: 6WM-P44-4307-1; and 6WM-P44-5100-1.
