: Jay, Please see attached for a DRAFT version of the NRC staffs safety evaluation of the indirect license transfer of Aerotest to Nuclear Labyrinth. The file is password protected (I will provide the password by phone). Please note that because the document is in draft form, statements in this document should not be construed as final determinations on the part of the NRC.
The document contains information that is proprietary and business sensitive for the license transfer applicants, and this information has been marked in bold in the document. We request that you please review the document, and verify by a response to this email stating that none of the information that is not marked in bold is considered proprietary or business-sensitive by the applicants. We request that you provide this response by Thursday, January 5, 2017, however, please let me know if additional time is needed for your review. We will document your response in NRC ADAMS.
