CONSENT AND HEARING WAIVER Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company hereby agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the Confirmatory Order to be issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No ML 12124A373) relating to negation of foreign ownership, control and domination of Maine Yankee Atomic Power Station, which will be immediately effective upon its issuance.
By Signing below, Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company consents to the issuance of the referenced Confirmatory Order, effective immediately upon issuance and, by doing so, agrees to waive the right to request a hearing on all or part ofthe Confirmatory Order pursuant to 10 CFR 2.202(a)(3) and (d).
