In response to your application dated July 28, 2017, titled, "Request for License Amendment and Exemption: Reactor Vessel Head Vent Capacity (LAR 17-025)," and designated as License Amendment Request (LAR)17-025, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted the enclosed exemptions and issued the enclosed Amendments Nos. 114 and 113 to Combined License (COL) Nos.
