Dear Michael Ravnitzky:

On January 11, 2021, you sent the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) a request for a Mandatory Declassification Review of five SECY papers from the year 1978.

The NRC consulted with external government entities and completed their internal review. All of the SECY papers requested have been declassified and made publicly available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS Public Search), package ML25266A083, as follows:
