Fwd: Rill- PN399031 The following information is provided FYi as part of the IMNS regional coordination effort i On 6/1999, Palisades 1 notified NRC that, at about 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm on 6/9/99, minor hydrogen bums occurred during the welding of the structurallid on a spent fuel storage cask.
