Dear Ms. Bao:

Your letter of August 20, 1993, in reference to the contested findings of your May 18, 1993, RCRA inspection at North Anna Power Station requests a meeting to discuss the issues. Last week, Mr.

Daniel James of my staff contacted Mr. Glenn Moore to arrange for a meeting. It is our understanding that, due to current workloads at your agency, you will not be available for a meeting until after the end of this month.

As always, we would be pleased to meet with the DEQ staff to discuss and clarify any issues concerning our operations at your earliest convenience. When your schedule allows, please contact Mr. James at (804) 273-2996 to arrange a suitable meeting time and place.
