e BEFORE THE UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGUIATORY C0ttilSSION In the Matter of  : Docket Nos. 50-352 PHIIADELPilIA ELECTRIC COMPANY  : 50-353 AMIENT NO. 55 1U LICENSE APPLICATION OF PHILADELPHIA ELECIRIC C0tfANY Applicant, Philadelphia Electric Company, hereby amends its Application in the above-entitled proceeding by deleting from the revised Physical Security Plan for Limerick Generating Station dated May, 1983, pages 1-7, 3-6, 8-1, 9-1 and 11-1 and substituting therefor revised pages 1-7, 3-6, 8-1, 9-1 and 11-1 dated August, 1983, which are filed herewith and incorporated hereby by reference.

Pursuant to Sections 2.790 and 73.21 of the Conmission's regulations, it is hereby requested that the revised Physical Security Plan pages dated August, 1983 (hereinafter "the Revisions") be withheld from public disclosure. In support of its request for withholding from public disclosure Applicant states:

'Ihe Revisions which are sought to be withheld frmi public disclosure contain details relating to the physical security plans for Limerick Generating Station.

The information set forth in the Revisions has been treated as confidential and proprietary information and has been withheld from public disclosure by Applicant in accordance with Applicant's practice of treating

all information dealing with the details of security plans and procedures and information which could be used to comprmise the security and safety of its facilities as confidential and proprietary information.

'Ihe Revisions should be considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Cocmission as confidential and proprietary information and be withheld fr m public disclosure on the grounds that they contain Safeguards Information, they contain details relating to the physical security plans and procedures of a licenseo facility, they contain detailed information which could be used to c mpr mise the safety and security of the facility, such disclosure is not required in the public interest, and such disclosure would adversely affect the interests of Applicant.
