It should be noted that the. requirement of existing License Condition 9.4 has been satisfied, and that the wording of that condition requires that it be revised upon the NRC's approval of your proposed modification. The revised wording of Condition 9.4 was discussed with Mr. T. Collopy of your staff, and was found to be mutually acceptable. Accordingly, we are hereby revising License Condition 9.4 of Safeguards Amendment SG-1 to your license No. SNM-368, effective immediately, to read as follows:

Until such time that the replacement alarm system is operational, the licensee shall provide all of the measures set forth in Supplemental License Condition 9.4.A (as previously issued).
