The State of New York (New York) has moved for leave to file a reply to the NRC Staffs Answer filed on May 9, 2011, to New Yorks Motion to Compel filed on April 22, 2011.1 The NRC Staff opposes New Yorks latest Motion.2 Because we believe that a reply from New York will assist us in resolving issues implicated by New Yorks Motion to Compel and the NRC Staffs Answer to New Yorks Motion to Compel, we hereby grant New York leave to file a reply to the NRC Staffs Answer to New Yorks Motion to Compel. New York may file its reply on or before May 16, 2011.
