Intervenors -- the State of New York, Riverkeeper, Inc., and Hudson River Sloop Clearwater -- and Interested Governmental Entities -- the State of Connecticut and the Town of Cortlandt, New York -- have filed an unopposed joint motion to alter the time within which they may file their responsive testimony and statements of position, from May 29, 2012, to June 29, 2012.1 The instant motion also requests that, should the extension relating to paragraph K.3 of the Boards July 1, 2010 Scheduling Order be granted, all subsequent related deadlines in paragraphs K and L of that Order be extended.2 1
