The <lefecL was identified as bein~ reportable on the Midland Project under 10 Ct"R. 50.55(e) on September 24, 1980 and the NRC, Region III,

  • was notified. Subsequent evaluation by Ann Ar.bor Power Division's 10 CFR Fart 21 evA.l.UAtion committee established that this defect is reportable under 10 CFR rart 21. That determinatioD vas compl~t~d on October 6, 1980.
