In the Matter of Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos.50-259 50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN)-TVA BFN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION (TS)NO~282-ISOLATION OF SHUTDOWN COOLING In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, TVA is submitting a request for an amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the BFN TSs for units 1, 2, and 3 (Enclosure 1).This proposed amendment revises table 3.2.A note 1.D to allow the operators one hour to isolate shutdown cooling under certain circumstances.
