The updated report is provided in Enclosure 1, and a summary of the changes to the report is provided in Enclosure 2.The commitment made in Reference 2 (listed above) regarding the resolutions contained in Appendix B of the MSO Evaluation Report remains valid, and it is TVA's intent to confirm the fulfillment of the commitment as part of the submittal of the as-constructed version of the dual-unit Fire Protection Report (FPR).
