REACTOR VESSEL MATERIAL SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM; SPECIMEN CAPSULE ANALYSIS REPORT SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NO. 2 DOCKET NO. 50-311 10CFR50, Appendix H, Section III.A requires a summary technical report submittal within one year after capsule withdrawal.

Capsule "X" was withdrawn from Salem Unit 2 on December 1, 1991.

The attached technical report (WCAP-13366) summarizes the testing of and postirradiation data obtained from Capsule 11 X".

Based on the capsule analysis results, a License Change Request (LCR) revising the Salem Unit 2 heatup and cooldown curves will be forwarded by January 1993.
