Location: U.S. NRC Region III Office Main Conference Room 2443 Warrenville Rd. Suite 210 Lisle, IL 60532 Purpose: The purpose of this meeting is to allow for the licensee to present information on the September 20, 2008, Unit 1 turbine event to the Region III staff. In addition, the licensee will discuss Unit 1 recovery efforts and planned restart activities. The NRC's Policy Statement, "Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings," effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting. The policy statement may be found on the NRC website, www.nrc.gov, and contains information regarding visitors and security.

Meeting Category: This is a Category 2 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting by discussing regulatory issues with the NRC at designated points identified on the agenda.
