paragraph (b)(2), Tennessee ValleyAuthority (TVA) is submitting the registration for the use of two spent fuel storage casksunder the general license to store spent fuel at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (BFN)Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation.
The initial use of the first cask listed below, tostore spent fuel, occurred on September 20, 2013. In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, thisregistration is required to be submitted within 30 days of initial use. Accordingly, thissubmittal is due by October 21, 2013.Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2),
