Letter from Peter A Gardner, Site Vice President, to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "Notification of Intention Regarding NRC Inspection Report 05000263/2015008 and 07200058/2014001 (EA-14-193)." By the above referenced letter, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter NSPM), requested an opportunity to participate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Per your request, NSPM is sending this letter to designate Kimberly A. Harshaw of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP as NSPM's point of contact for the ADR. Ms. Harshaw will be working with NSPM's in-house counsel, Mr. Peter Glass, and other representatives of the Monticello staff to support the ADR. Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and makes no revisions to existing commitments.
