	The program, as described in the above referenced documents, appears to be a continuation of essentially the saac progran prescntly conducted by the EPA's Hiddletown, PA field station. The scope of such a program conducted by the HMC in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources and the EPA, in conjunction with th9 utility's environmental monitoring efforts, appears to adequately address those areas important to assuring public health and safety.		The program, as described in the above referenced documents, appears to be a continuation of essentially the saac progran prescntly conducted by the EPA's Hiddletown, PA field station.
