(1) There is reasonable assurance that the health and safety of the public will not be endangered by this action; and (2) Such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Commission's regulations and the issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public.
(3) This amendment does not: (1) Involve a significant i crease in the probabilit evaluated; or (2)y Create or consequences of anofaccident the possibility a new orprev'iously dTfferent kind of accident from any accident previously evaluated; or (3) Involve a significant reduction in a margin of safety.
Therefore, this amendment involves no significant hazards consideration.

Accordingly, this amendment meets the eligibility criteria for categorical exclusion set forth in 10 CFR 51.22(c)(12). Pursuant to 10 CFR 51.2?(b) no er.vircrrrental inpact statenent or environmental assessment need te prepared in connection with the issuance of this amendment.
The NRC-approved physical security plan supersedes all previously submitted security connitments under ycur 10 CFR Part 50 if cense. The decurents conprising the currently approved physical security plan for the Texas /1M University AGN-201 reactor and our evaluation findings have been placed in the Cormission's files. Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 this information is being withheld from public disclosure.
