SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-348/92 34 AND 50-364/92-34
This refers to the inspection conducted by R. 8. Shortridge of this office on
December 7-9, 1992 and January 26, 1993. The inspection included a review of
activities authorized for your Farley facility. At the conclusion of the
inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff
identified in the report.

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations.of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of
activities in progress.

The licensee completed their investigation into this matter and received
corporate approval of the results. 1he licensee issued License Event Report-
(LER) 92-002 on January 26, 1993. NRC review of the LER was complate on
January 26, 1993.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
~In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its enclosure
will be placed in the NRC public Document Room.
