	The proposed diange is provided in Enclosure 1. This proposed change will allow use of a fifth standby diesel generator (D/G) to satisfy limiting conditions for operation (LCO) 3.8.1 and 3 9.1.2 when one of the trained D/Gs is out of service. Also included in the diange is a request to delete hose stations 0-26-866, -868, and -870 fran T/S LCO 3 7.11.4. The justi-fications for the proposed T/S changes are provided in Enclosure 2.
