the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to Section 70.54 of 10 CFR Part 70.<br />
If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall provide the t<br />
shipper's information to the receiver of the material for inclusion on the s<br />
(<br />
receiver's Form NRC-741.<br />
2.<br />
The licensee shall notify the appropriate regional Safeguards Branch, Office 3<br />
of Inspection and Enforcement, immediately, by telephone or telegram, if entry of any import shipment authorized by this license is refused by the l:<br />
U.S. Customs Service.<br />
3.<br />
Each time material is imported, the licensee shall show a copy of this of the license to U.S. Customs as authority for the import.<br />
