Surry Unit 2 entered the 14-day Allowed Outage Time of TS 3.6.G.1 at 1130 hours on November 17, 2004 for two inoperable Auxiliary Feedwater ( A M )

The proposed change requested a revision to TS 3.6.G.1 to permit a one-time 7-day extension of the 14-day Allowed Outage Time to complete the repair of the Unit 1 motor driven AFW pump 1-FW-P-36. However, maintenance activities for repair, testing and return to service of the pump were completed within the 14-day Allowed Outage Time and the pump was returned to service at 0755 hours on November 30, 2004.
