2011 Occupational Radiation Exposure Individual Report In accordance with the 10 CFR 19.13 the licensee shall provide an annual report to each individual monitored if the individual's occupational dose exposure exceeds 100 mRem.
Zion Station is a permanently shutdown, and decommissioning is in progress. There were 54 individuals who received greater than 100 mRem for the calendar year 2011. The reports required by the 10 CFR 19.13 have been forwarded to the affected individuals.
