l Docket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Physical Security Plan, Revision 10, Change 4 Gentlement In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), Louisiana Power & Light Company hereby submits the original and three copies of the effected pages of the Physical Security Plan, Revision 10, Change 4.
Attached is a description of the change to the Waterford 3 Physical Security Plan. The change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security plan.
By submittal of Revision 10, Change 4, LP&L is in effect, withdrawing Waterford 3's Physical Security Plan, Revision 10, Change 2.
The subject revision was formally submitted in LP&L letter W3P89-1595 dated October 5, 1989 in addition to an earlier revision submitted in LP&L letter W3P89-1582 dated September 25, 1989.
