Dear Sir or Madam:
In Reference 1, Entergy submitted a request for relief from the requirements of the ASME, Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (Code), Section Xl pertaining to pressure testing requirements of the Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit 3 (WF3) reactor vessel head seal leak-off piping.
Entergy has determined that request for relief W3-1SI-022 is no longer needed and is hereby withdrawing the proposed amendment request. Based on this withdrawal, Entergy believes the information requested in Reference 2 is no longer needed and Entergy intends to cease activity on providing the information.
