SECY-23-0095: Recommendation to Discontinue the Mississippi Agreement State Program's Probationary Period I commend Mississippi on the substantial improvements they have made to their program over the past year. I recognize the commitment and hard work the staff of Mississippi have undertaken for the betterment of their program and the betterment of the National Materials Program. Therefore, I approve discontinuing Mississippis Probationary period and placing the Program on a period of Heightened Oversight.
