2) ULNRC-06129 dated July 31, 2014 By the Reference 1 letter, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted a license renewal application (LRA) for Callaway Plant Unit 1. The application included the License Renewal Application (LRA) and the Applicant's Environmental Report-Operating License Renewal Stage.

Reference 2 transmitted the three-month final update to the Callaway LRA. Pursuant to 1 0 CFR 54.21 (b), each year following submittal of the LRA, and at least 3 months before scheduled completion of the NRC review, an amendment to the LRA must be submitted that identifies any change to the current licensing basis (CLB) that materially affects the contents of the LRA. ULNRC-06129 (Reference 2) is intended to fulfill the requirements ofboth the three month update and the annual update to the LRA that covers the period from October 1, 2013 through June 8, 2014, with additional supplements associated with the implementation of the NFPA 805 program on July 15, 2014.
