'-PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN. REVISION 11 Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50. 5 4 (p), Union Electric Company furnishes four copies of Revision 11 of the Callaway Plant Physical Security Plan. Distribution of these documents is outlined on the attachment. Changes incorporated into this revision are consistent with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program.

This revision incorporates the following changes:

1. Changes to Sections 11.1, OCA Barriers to update terminology to industry standards and to add language in response to an NRC Request for Additional Information (RAI).

2. Changes to Section 18, Response Requirements to better describe the plant operational modes that require additional Armed Responders to defend appropriate target set elements.

3. Changes to Appendix B Table 1, Critical Task Matrix to correct a typographical error regarding the required qualifications for Armed Responders and Armed Security Officers.

4. Changes to Appendix C Section 7, Protective Strategy to better describe the plant operational modes that require additional Armed Responders to defend appropriate target set elements.

The enclosed document contains Safeguards Information within the scope of 10 CFR 73.21.

Removal of enclosures declassifies this document.
