Clarification to Illinois Power's (IP's)
Generic Letter (GL) 95-07 Response

Per discussion with Douglas V. Pickett, Clinton Power Station's NRC Project Manager, IP is providing clarification to injection valve numbers incorrectly reported in letter U-602506, dated October 16,1995. However, the valves are injection valves as described in the letter. This information is contained on page 2 of U-602506. Listed below is the corrected information:
The High Pressure Core Spray (HPCS) injection valve number should be IE22F004 instead of IE22F005.
The Low Pressure Coolant Injection (LPCI) valve numbers should be IE12F042A, B and C instead of IE12F041 A, B and C.
The Low Pressure Core Spray (LPCS) injection valve number should be 1E21F005 instead of IE21F006.
