In the Reference letter, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) submitted a Subsequent License Renewal Application (SLRA) for Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 (DNPS).
10 CFR 54.21(b) requires submitting an amendment each year following submittal of the SLRA and at least three months before the scheduled completion of the NRC review identifying changes to the current licensing basis (CLB) that materially affect the content of the SLRA, including the UFSAR supplement.
CEG has completed the first annual review for the period from December 29, 2023, through February 12, 2025, and concluded that no CLB changes have been implemented which have a material effect on the content of the SLRA, including the UFSAR Supplement.
