In accordance with 10 CFR 71.97 and 73.37, Carolina Power and Light Company, now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., hereby provides notification that shipment #04-0050 has been cancelled. This shipment had been previously identified by the advance notification letter dated June 23, 2004.
By copy of this correspondence, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is provided notification of the cancellation of this shipment.
