Maguire Sito Vico President This letter serves as notification of River Bend's readiness for your office to perform a supplemental inspection. This would be a follow-up inspection of the extent of condition for a white violation {10 CFR SS.46(c)(l)) associated with simulator fidelity (failure to maintain the simulator so It would demonstrate expected plant response to operator Input and to normal, transient, and accident conditions to which the simulator has been designed to respond) as documented in NRC Inspection Report 05000458/2015009.
We propose the week of June 6, 2016 as a suitable time to accommodate the requirements of this inspection. In the event that NRC cannot support an inspection on this date, we can accommodate this activity during the week of June 20, 2016.
