TABLE I ABSTRACT OF EXAMINATIONS AND TESTS A. Items B06.020 and 806.030 are combined to achieve period percentages, since these items refer to the reactor pressure vessel closure studs.

Six studs are routinely removed during each refueling outage and receive a B06.030 examination.

B. Selections of items are based on Note 3 of B-G-1, where examinations are limited to components selected for examination under Categories B-J-2, and B-M-2.

C. Examinations are based on the number of components with B-G-2 bolting. For CRD housings when disassembled.

D. Note 2 of Examination Category B-G-2 allow bolting examination to valves be limited to components selected for examination under Examination Category B-M-2. Since valves under B-M-2 are only examined during disassembly for maintenance, one valve of multiple valves with the same design, size, and function have been selected for examination.

E. Pump casings and valve bodies' internal surface examinations are only required when the pump or valve is disassembled for maintenance; therefore, these components have not been selected. One pump or valve from each group will be examined if disassembly Is required for maintenance.

F. The reactor pressure vessel interior will be inspected (813.010) each inspection period.

G. Inspection of B-N-2, item Numbers B13.020, 813.030, and B13.040 are permitted to be examined at the end of the inspection interval.

H. Inspection of B-0, Item Number B14.010 is permitted to be examined at the end of the inspection interval.

I.

Selection of items are based on Note 3 of C-A or C-B, where examinations are limited to one component due to multiple components of the same design, size, and service.

J.

Items cannot be examined due to physical barriers or material configurations (refer to Relief Request RR2-0001, RR2-0002, and RR2-0003).

K. Items shall be examined during each inspection period.

L. No additional examinations were required due to degradation or repair/replacement activities.

M. Examinations performed per Relief Request IWE-03:Appendix J Program.
