Pursuant 10CFR50.54(p), enclosed are the original and three copies ofRevision 18 to the River Bend Station (RBS) Physical Security Plan (PSP). Changes httve been made to reflect implementation of the new security computer system as well as the use of a hand geometry (biometric) system for personnelidentification. Additional editorial / administrative changes are also included. An explanation of the changes is enclosed for your review. The changes, indicated in the text by side bars, have been determined to not decrease the effectiveness of the security program.
