Pursuant 10CFR50.54(p), please find enclosed the original and three copies (Nos.14,15 i
and 16) of Revision 15 to the River Bend Station (RBS) Physical Security Plan (PSP).
l Changes have been made to the PSP to reflect current activities of the RBS security program. An explanation of those changes is enclosed to facilitate NRC review. The changes, indicated in the text by side bars, have been determined to not decrease the effectiveness of the security program. Revision 15 represents a major rewrite of the PSP and is herein submitted in total; all earlier revisions are considered superseded.
The PSP is considered " Safeguards Information" pursuant 10CFR73.21 and should be handled accordingly. Should you have any questions, please contact David N. Lorfing at (504) 381-4157.
