In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4)~iQ, 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and 10 CFR 72.44(e), Duke Energy Progress, LLC provides notification that the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit$ 1 and 2, H.B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant Unit 2 and Shearon Hanis Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1

, Physical Security Plan, Security and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program has been revised. The effective date of implementation for Revision 14 was September 28, 2020.

This letter includes two enclosures wh,lch contain Safeguards I nformatlon as defined in 10 CFR 73.2 and must be protected from unauthorized disclosure in accordance with*

10 CFR 73.21. Enclosure 1 contains a summary description of the Physical Security Plan revision changes. Enclosure 2 contains a copy of the Duke Energy Progress - Brunswick, Harris and Robinson Nuclear Plants Physical Security Plan, Security Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel storage Installation Security Program.
