TRANSMITTAL OF DUKE ENERGY PROGRESS, LLC CYBER SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 1 Ladies and Gentlemen:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Duke Energy Progress, LLC (Duke Energy), formerly known as Carolina Power & Light Company and Florida Power Corporation, is submitting Revision 1 to the Cyber Security Plan (CSP) for the Harris, Robinson, and Brunswick Nuclear Plants. The effective date of implementation for Revision 1 was June 30, 2017. Duke Energy has evaluated Revision 1 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and determined that it does not constitute a reduction in effectiveness. Enclosure 1 contains a description of the changes and Enclosure 2 contains a copy of the Cyber Security Plan, Revision 1.
