TRANSMITTAL OF DUKE ENERGY PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN REVISION 23 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and 10 CFR 72.44(e), Duke Energy provides notification that Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2, McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 and Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 Physical Security Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program has been revised. The effective date of implementation for Revision 23 is June 24, 2016.
An evaluation of the plan revision in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), and 10 CFR 72.44(e) has determined that the changes incorporated do not decrease the overall level of physical protection programs and security organization performance objectives and requirements as.
